How does a boneless couch arrive?
Vacuum-compressed and boxed. Larger models ship in two or more boxes that can arrive on different days. Carry the boxes inside before opening them: a compressed sofa is far easier to move than an expanded one.
How long does it take to expand?
Most models are ready to sit on within a few hours and reach full shape within 72 hours. A few dense models take up to 2–7 days.
Is there any assembly?
No tools and no frame. You unpack, let it expand and place the cushions.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or comfort, because the foam cannot be re-compressed once opened. If your sofa arrives with visible damage, a visible defect, or is the wrong item, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos.
