Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Puffy Couch.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarders.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Most orders arrive within 3-10 business days after processing; some larger models may take up to 13 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers, weather or peak seasons are outside our control.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping cost, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

5. Carriers and tracking

Orders are delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS or a comparable carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update.

6. How your sofa arrives

Our sofas are made of compressed foam and are shipped vacuum-compressed and boxed. Larger models may arrive in more than one box, and boxes may arrive on different days. After unpacking, allow up to 72 hours for the foam to fully expand to its final shape.

7. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment costs for returned or undeliverable packages are paid by the customer.

8. Inspect your delivery

Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.
