Vacuum-compressed and boxed. Larger models ship in two or more boxes that can arrive on different days. Carry the boxes inside before opening them: a compressed sofa is far easier to move than an expanded one.

Most models are ready to sit on within a few hours and reach full shape within 72 hours. A few dense models take up to 2–7 days. Unpack it, pat and shake the pieces, and give it room to breathe. This is normal foam recovery, not a defect.

No tools and no frame. You unpack, let it expand and place the cushions. Modular models simply sit next to each other; some include straps or hook-and-loop strips to keep pieces together.

High-density foam, in some models combined with springs or a memory-foam top layer. There is no wooden or metal frame, so there are no sharp corners and nothing to break.

Most models have removable, machine-washable covers. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Check the product page; the specifications list the fabric and whether the cover is removable.

Typically 250–400 lb per seat depending on the model. The weight capacity is listed in the product specifications when the supplier provides it.

Very closely, but screens differ and the fabric texture can catch the light differently. Slight color variation is normal. If you are between two colors, message us and we will help.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days from US warehouses. Most sofas arrive 3–10 business days after ordering; the estimated delivery time is shown on every product page.

All sales are final, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or comfort. If your sofa arrives with visible damage or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
