Will the sofa fades? Shed or have odors?
Our chenille fabric has been pre-shrunk and fixed to prevent fading or shedding. At the same time, we use high quality sponges, which have no chemical residue or odor. Please feel free to use.

Vacuum-compressed and boxed. Larger models ship in two or more boxes that can arrive on different days. Carry the boxes inside before opening them: a compressed sofa is far easier to move than an expanded one.
How long does it take to expand?
Most models are ready to sit on within a few hours and reach full shape within 72 hours. A few dense models take up to 2–7 days.
Is there any assembly?
No tools and no frame. You unpack, let it expand and place the cushions.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
All sales are final, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, fit or comfort. If your sofa arrives with visible damage or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos.
